Unable to initialize threads

Problem:

Running adstpall.sh returns the following error:
[applmgr@ebusinesstest TEST_ebusinesstest]$ ./adstpall.sh apps/apps

Solution:

Subject: GLIBC_2.0 not defined in file libc.so.6
